What we do not do

  • We do not sell "FDA approved" devices — the FDA clears, it does not approve, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • We do not supply counterfeit branded consumables or relabel another factory's machine as ours.
  • We do not drop-ship single accessories to consumers — this is a B2B catalogue.
  • We do not promise clinical outcomes; those depend on your operators and your protocols.

Questions buyers ask about this

What is the minimum order quantity?

One unit for any stock machine. A custom enclosure colour or a branded interface starts at five units because the paint line and the firmware build are set up per run. Accessories: two gel packs, two pairs of eyewear, one handpiece.

How much does shipping cost to my country?

A single 60–70 kg machine by courier is US$180–420 depending on destination and whether you take DDP. Sea freight for three or more machines drops the per-unit cost to roughly US$80–150. Ask for a DDP quote and you will get one number instead of four.

What are the payment terms?

30% deposit to start, 70% before dispatch against photographs or a third-party inspection report. On orders above US$25,000 we can do 30/40/30 with the last payment after arrival and functional test.

Can I put my brand on the machine?

Yes, from five units: enclosure colour, boot logo and the on-screen interface. Lead time 20–25 days after artwork approval. Below five units we supply branded documentation and a dust cover instead.

Who pays for certification in my market?

We pay for the CE and EMC/LVD documentation that travels with the machine. Registration in your market — MDR, MHRA, FDA, SFDA, MOHAP — is the importer's cost, typically US$1,500–8,000 depending on the regime.

What happens if the machine fails in the first year?

Remote diagnosis within one working day. If it is a part, we ship it — handpieces and boards are in stock. If it is not repairable remotely, we replace the unit or the module at our cost including freight. What we do not do is ask you to ship a 60 kg machine back to China for a warranty repair.

Do you provide training?

A recorded protocol library plus one live session on installation, included. On-site training in your country is available on orders above US$30,000, priced at travel cost.

Can I buy spare parts without buying a machine?

Yes. Handpieces, filters, eyewear and gel are in the accessories category and ship in 48 hours. If you bought your machine elsewhere, send a photo of the connector before ordering.

Are the machines new or refurbished?

New. Diode stacks and handpieces are new production, not pulled from trade-ins. We do not deal in refurbished devices, and we will say so plainly if you ask about a competitor offering one at half price.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to more than 30 countries, DDP to the EU, UK, US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia and most of Southeast Asia. If your market needs a local registration we do not have, we will tell you before you pay rather than after.
